• The item is defective or damaged upon delivery
• You notify us within 3-7 days of delivery
• Proof (photos/videos) is provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Used golf carts sold "as-is"
• Customized or special orders
• Items damaged due to misuse

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected:

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Refund will be sent via original payment method

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
